My main beef with Tidal is with downloads...
They are not always accessible when the phone does not have a Wi-Fi or cell phone connection. Often, this is while camping or somewhere remote, which is why I have downloaded the albums, but then the downloaded items won't play.
There's absolutely no point in having downloaded items, to play when offline, if they don't work.

i have been having the same problem. thought is was only me but understand now i’m not the only one
i’ve also had problems playing my playlists while online. not sure why cuz when I used Spotify this wasn’t an issue at all.
i love Tidal but the fact that these things keep happening is a drawback
You should implement unlimited skips or the ability to pick a particular song/track for free as long as you listen to an add each time.
The long tail is tooooo long to not allow selection of tracks!
Good music is subjective just like money.
