I baked my own bread for a long time. I do pretty good wines (even some crazy experiments like wine from brewed coffee) and mead.
I think I need to add cheese to this list.

Absolutely. Although Christmas (eve) is no meat. That’s truly painful for me. Easter is much better cuisine. The Polish meats are the best.
I agree, btw tomorrow most of ppl don't eat meat too (like christmas eve). I did not have time to order some sausage, but after Easter for sure 🤤
