install graphene OS on a pixel for your private "bitcoiner phone"
(keep your main wallet software here, and some secure messager apps like simpleX, and maybe your 2FA backups)

keep the iphone as a normie device for your fiat banking apps and GPS and so on.
if you ever need to bug out, grab a private sim service for the graphene and leave the normie iphone behind.
same idea can be done with two android phones, one with google services and one with graphene
