Although I go with 100 sats = $1
This implies $1million bitcoin, which is within 10 years in my opinion and is easier for most people to get on board with.

I really don’t know what a apple cost currently, but i would say roughly 1k sats
I would value an apple today at less than 1 sat because i use the future valuation of Bitcoin if i am to use it as a medium of exchange today.

I can understand your point, but I think that’s unrealistic!
I can not keep my apple farm alive with like 500 sats per tree today. And as an apple farmer I can not wait serval years until the money you give me reaches a value I can work with.
So me as an an apple farmer I currently have to sell apples for like 1k sats per apple. You as a customer has multiple choices! Can pay 1k sats to get you daily apple to keep the doctor away 🤪 or you can save your money multiple years in the hope that not everyone is doing the same. Otherwise there will be no apple farmers in future and a good apple becomes rare. This means it will be cost you more than one sat.
Another way can be to buy a apple tree yourself which costs you like 5M sats today but you will have apples every year.
Economics is a very complex field 😅

The issue is if no one is willing to transact Bitcoin is not money it is more like privately held artwork that never gets seen.
