The issue is that these relays don't have any moderation on the text content being posted. This isn't a judgment on their moderation choices, but to point out that users have choice in where their data goes and should choose relays that they align with. That's the easiest solution. You won't be subjected to this content and anyone else who wants to get your content would need to connect there as well.
She could also just end her harassment campaign on me so I could stop responding to it
As long as she refuses to clarify her accusations about me threatening to kill her, this is obviously unresolved and right now it obviously requires my continued attention
She created this situation and she's the one choosing to keep it going
I was the one that had the self control to not make AI generated nudes of her, that could have been the end of it if she was willing to relent
That solves one piece of the problem but not the entire problem.
