My wife still watches the news. If my ears catch even a minute, it blows my mind the garbage coming out of the TV. Not only nonsense but complete propaganda. Can't even believe that was me 10 years ago!

I was thinking about this, no matter what we do, we are all a product of the world we live in. You can observe through a different lens, but even if you go live in the woods, you are living in the woods due to the rest of the world. No matter how much you unplug, the fiat world will still seep in.
