How do these dates compare to medjool dates? They have always been my favorite! also yes Iโ€™ll also be drinking raspberry leaf + nettle tea for the rest of my life haha. I also like to add hibiscus and rose petals sometimes โค๏ธ๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒบ

Medjool dates โ€” Rich in natural sugars, fiber, potassium, and magnesium. They boost energy, support digestion, balance electrolytes, and nourish the nervous system.

Jujube dates โ€” High in vitamin C and antioxidants. They strengthen immunity, calm the nervous system, support sleep, and promote healthy blood and skin.

But how do the jujube taste in comparison?!

They are very different, a bit more crispy and taste like caramel
