Sugar was a hard one, but now I've cut all candy and junk food out. Only drinking 2 glasses of 7up a day. The rest is all water.
Yeah, I’m working on sugar, too. Already cut out soda, but still can’t kick my sweet tooth. Should probably weight about 10 lbs less.
See soda was the one I wanted to cut last , as I enjoy a nice tasty beverage. Also using soda is a great way to accurately measure sugar intake and cut down slowly each day.
