It seems zap.stream needs some extra setup for streaming, which might be a hurdle for beginners? Can you help me out what's the difference? #asknostr

I’m not sure as I haven’t used zap.stream as a streamer yet. Maybe nostr:npub18ams6ewn5aj2n3wt2qawzglx9mr4nzksxhvrdc4gzrecw7n5tvjqctp424 can explain?
Would you rather stream on Zoom or Teams or would you rather stream on Twitch or YouTube? The same comparisons exist for Hivetalk and Zap.stream. They cater towards entirely different use cases and audiences.
You're going to need streaming software such as OBS to stream on Zap.stream just as you would on to Twitch or YouTube.
