I have removed sugar from my diet. Cravings were crazy at first, but they’re slowly fading away. I feel more energetic. Big drawback: realizing how much bad coffee is being consumed around me.
Cream and a pinch of salt in the coffee ☕️. Mmmmmm no sugar necessary! ✌️
