I have removed sugar from my diet. Cravings were crazy at first, but they’re slowly fading away. I feel more energetic. Big drawback: realizing how much bad coffee is being consumed around me.

I'm trying to do the same. What are some things we normally wouldn't think of that have sugar? What about natural sugar from fresh fruit?
A whole lot of gluten free stuff has added sugar, also condiments and a whole bunch of industrially prepared food. I still eat unrefined fructose from fruits.
The happiest I've ever been when I was exercising, eating salads and drinking black coffee. I don't know why I got out of that. I've been glutenous.
