The Global feed is mainly Chinese for me? Anyone else?
Check out nostr.wine relay. Paid relays should help clear it up

I’m on that - personal feed is great
If you’re on Damus, you can filter which relays are shown in global. I only have the paid relays set on and it’s perfect
