If you have binoculars, (or a telescope of any size), you can project the suns image onto a piece of paper.

First, the obvious, don't look *through* your binoculars/telescope. Instead, hold it above the paper with the eyepiece aimed toward the paper, and the large lens/lenses toward the sun.

You will see an image projected on the paper. If it is out of focus, move your binoculars/telescope closer tov or farther from, the paper.

You can safely look at the image on the paper without glasses, take pictures of it, etc.
