Nostrudel has a relay discovery where you can find new relays
https://nostr.watch/ maybe an option? I'm not sure how functional it is anymore.
I've extracted the live data from a lesser known website (not nostrmap) that contains +670 relays along with geographical location.
This is already in CSV format so other tools can use: https://github.com/nostrium/java/blob/main/docs/relays/nostr_relays_2024-10-17.csv
