As a creator I can't agree with this post. Although I did consume pirated content in my youth, now that I'm older and wiser, I understand there is honest and hard work in every production, that must be rewarded. As predatory as these popular streaming companies may be, there are thousands of people working hard to bring all those stories to life and they need to provide for their families too, so I choose not to download pirated content. You always have the choice to subscribe or not, but understand that pirating is the same as stealing.
