First, if you only follow a small number of people you won’t see anything good. Start by following and interacting with the users that anyone who replies to you are also following, and you’ll see it improve quickly.

You also have low quality relays. I suggest you sign up for a paid relay such as nostr.land or nostr.wine and remove the nostr.lol relay. #AskNostr for suggestions on curating your relays better.
