I think it's a very interesting worldview, it basically tries to make a very rational case that we are all *in* consciousness, and that reality is fundamentally a field of subjectivity

Ok. I’ve come across multiple theories that echo this view. They are all very similar.

In many respects it's nothing new, idealism as such has been around for millennia I'd say! What I personally find refreshing is that it's a very rational/scientific way of presenting the theory, which is a departure from the generally spiritual connotations this stuff is generally associated with

Yeah I tried reading Universal One (book) but I just couldn’t. Too spiritual for me based in absolutely nothing but “trust me bro”.

Yeah I can't stand the "we're all one" stuff either, which is why I liked the whole analytic idealism approach, it's basically the opposite.

Which is what I'd expect from a guy that in his free time deals with computers from the second half of the last century, just cold rationality
