I would listen to some podcast interview but often be overwhelmed with the information. Writing them down this way would help me remember the most important points.

It all boils down on your calorie intake vs what your body needs (1) to maintain itself + (2)to support your sports/other activities.

That’s the base.

Then you can start to optimize „how“ you feed your needed calories…

Also define your target. (weight loss? muscle gains? ….)

Eggs good. Meat good.

Butter better….
