What's the go with this? Probably a post in Thai which is being displayed in a weird way - to see this in actual Thai language script, what's needed? - language support at the OS level, codepage in the browser, a Nostr setting, or wot?

It displays fine for me in Amethyst translating from that to English

For Amethyst to translate you need to install the Google Play version.

The lighter version of the app doesn't include the translation libraries.

I'm not sure about the other clients.

I download my Amethyst from GitHub using Obtainium but I still need to choose which package to install.
