Can we sue Apple saying ‘Zaps are NOT a form of payment’?

If Apple wins, both the courts and Apple are confirming Bitcoin IS a recognized payment form?

If apple loses we can continue Zapping?

Maybe a nostrich here is a lawyer that would take a Zap fundraiser! The irony! Could be class action involving all of us.

I don’t know, either we all pay, someone pays, or a Bitcoiner lawyer gets involved.

Either way, if we can get the courts and apple to fight saying Lighting IS an acceptable payment form, I think it could be big..

I mean… technically zaps aren’t a form of payment. Lightning is a form of payment and zaps are a way to effectively share proof of payment.
