There were two Latvian Waffen SS divisions fighting against Soviets during WWII and they weren’t nazis. In fact, 90% of them were conscripts (“volunteer” in name was choice between fighting or going to camps), although they still hated Russians. Later some of them were even used as guards at Nuremberg trials.
Discussion
Only Germans were Nazis. That doesn't mean that the Nazi collaborators were any different from them. And yes, they all fought against the Soviet Union and against the Russians as well. A good example is the Italian alpini.
