Have you ever heard of the "ugly phase" during an art session? This is what it's referred to.

The phase were the artist is about 20-30% done and the artist suddenly reaches a point were can't move past, as the vision of the artwork is gone. How to get past this? Work on another artwork or leave it until the next day.

To complete an art piece is more complicated than most people think...
