If you're using Amethyst or another Nostr app that allows you to block or mute words. You can add "https://randomuser.me/" as a muted word to mute and hide all of the current spammers. It's that easy.
How does that work? I don't see it anywhere on the not profile.

It's the profile image URL that they're using.
