If you're using Amethyst or another Nostr app that allows you to block or mute words. You can add "https://randomuser.me/" as a muted word to mute and hide all of the current spammers. It's that easy.

No one is talking about that website.
While this works for the current attack, just bear in mind that it's not really a solution to the issue. They could just start hosting their profile pictures somewhere else.
