In 2017 my youngest son was buying shitcoins. In an effort to keep him safe from bad investments I went down the crypto rabbit hole. At the time I bought some eth and some ₿itcoin. I sold that eth (2100) in the summer of 2018 for around 35 or 40k. Todays value... over 6 million cuckbucks. I became convinced that there is no second best to ₿itcoin and that the current monetary system is not sustainable. I still hold that conviction. I still believe this to be true. I learned an important (though expensive depending on how you look at it) lesson from all of this. A lesson of patience. This lesson has had value in every aspect of my life. A lesson that I could never have learned any other way. My point is that if anyone is new to ₿itcoin and worried about the volatility or usd price fluctuations, get that thought out of your head. Lose the fiat mindset. Take the time to understand what it really is. The world is changing. I know sometimes it feels like forever, but the time is coming. Be patient. When it happens it will happen fast. You are the future. Be prepared. Have diamond hands. Don't fuck yourself.
