- Updated nostr.build to PHP 8.3.

- Also fixed a ‘large file’ upload bug not allowing you to upload GB+ size videos..

We have to draw the line somewhere! There is still a cost to the storage and related development. Videos are large and expensive to store.

Our Pro account removes the size limit and cost $3.60 a month.. 😁
