I use Linux for all my production environments in the cloud because its much easier to manage users, security, and daemons in a Linux kernel... But I find I lose a lot of productivity for office work and even my local IDE/Editor if I use Linux.

Microsoft is a punching bag, deservedly so for a lot of reasons, but Windows beats the brakes off Linux and Mac when it comes to shortcuts, hotkeys, and general productivity tasks. IMO.

I have never used mac and never used windows for personal use in over 16 years... do you even Trisquel brah? 🤔

I use Linux most days, but I haven't used a Linux GUI since KDE and Gnome on Red Hat circa late 90s

I'm sure I'm way out of date on it, but the MS shortcuts are extremely well designed.

Excel is perfectly fine tuned. I've memorized keyboard shortcuts for almost everything, no mouse needed. I use Excel daily for work.

There's a reason the entire global financial system runs on Excel... And it works just as good for modeling Bitcoin-denominated finances as fiat 😀
