here, looks like he already did this - this exercise is like 5000 years old dude, maybe even older like 13 000 years even, given this was in myth and legends of Old Gods. This is the kind of shit I want to do more off, less of this mechanical gym stuff.

It’s all controlling the momentum, but since it’s a long stick with weight at the end it feels 50x heavier
The craziest improvement I’ve noticed is that it takes so much concentration to swing it that I think it has made my mind sharper
