I'll tend to agree with Cyph3rp9nk that everything written/spoken in our modern world exists on a sliding scale of propaganda. Rather than dismissing a piece as propaganda, it is better to assess the content of what is said. Always important to bring your own knowledge to the table when assessing a new piece of information. Dugin sounds fairly tight in his analysis in my opinion.
