I was asked a bizarre hypothetical question last night: If it was conclusively determined that Satoshi Nakamoto was actually Satan, would I be as enthusiastic about being a Bitcoiner? At first I laughed at the ridiculousness of the question, but he really wanted an answer. I said I didn’t think it mattered because Bitcoin doesn’t need Satoshi anymore, regardless of who was behind the pseudonym. My answer was not well received. He actually seemed disgusted 🫠.
