₿itcoin is money. Money is an ideology by definition. It's a fine line. The difference is allegiance. Satoshi is acknowledged as the inventor or discoverer, but I have not met anyone that worships him...... except possibly Michael Saylor when he is alone and nobody's watching. 😐
I've never heard of a cult without a leader.
I can believe Jerry would be a bitcoiner. Those guys were right in the thick of the internet being created - one of the first mailing lists ever was by the OG geeks trading Dead tapes.
