-down from 183lb to 175lb

-feel more energetic

-jumping rope more

-hiking more

-more supplemental lifts during the week

-feel sharper in jiu jitsu classes

this combined with no nicotine has improved mood & relaxation.

I’ve gone months on one meal per day in the past and the key is always nixing sugar & then carbs. Steak is so filling it makes this incredibly easy. Raw steak every few days gives the meals more variety & fun.

10/10 definitely recommend. gonna keep it rolling

Pretty much 1 meal a day. Drinking coffee still but never right in the morning.
