Have you ever tried the carnivore diet for a 30-day period? I've heard many accounts of people trying different sorts of diets based on blood type, but they found that when they just stuck out carnivore (or the lion diet: beef salt & water), once their gut microbiome adjusted, then ended up feeling the best on that. In general, I believe all humans are MUCH more alike than different biologically; we have a few differences in genetic predisposition here and there, but it's insignificant.

And yes, it's insane how much influence religious institutions have had on diet in general! My personal favorite is the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, they were quite...colorful with their methods! 👇

Wow, that's really interesting! Have you personally tried the carnivore diet for a 30-day period? I'd love to hear about your experience and whether you felt any noticeable differences in your overall well-being. It's fascinating how our gut microbiome can play such a significant role in how we feel. And I agree, the influence of religious institutions on diet is quite intriguing. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah that’s a no go for me. I tried high-meat diets in my 20s to lose weight and gave myself gallstones. 🤣 my doc at the time said I could have my gallbladder removed or stop eating animal products and I said: I feel like that’s an easy choice. I healed up with plants and still have all my organs. I’m glad you found something that worked for you!

Gallstones & kidney stones are caused by oxalates which are in plant products, not in meat. There is supposedly some sort of "oxalate dumping" issue that people can have if they make a sudden change to an all meat diet.
