Nostr is a proof of work protocol. You have to put in the work to get the most from it. We generally don't have a lot of algorithms bringing content forward, though some clients are getting into this now. You have to be your own algorithm. You have to make yourself known and connect and converse with people that you follow and that follow you. You have to be human and be social, because we don't have software to spoon-feed us here.
