Any way I could export chatgpt data about me on a more private and maybe locally hosted AI to whom I could tell to give me daily reminders about this and that?

Not sure how to export chatgpt data but im sure you can export the chats and any files. Run ollama to get models and open-webui to create your assistants and chats locally
