Maybe hard to swallow but might be true nonetheless:

Hamas had a historical victory. It will probably be its last.

Israel was put into a geopolitical corner with only one option: destroy Hamas, turn Gaza into Carthage and take control of it.

There was a lot of support for the Palestinian struggle among the Western public, that's mostly gone now.

The world had enough of the Arab-Palestinian/Israeli conflict after decades of slaughter, they don't care anymore if both sides just go to hell.

Nobody wants the conflict to expand into neighboring countries, neither Arabs, the West, China, Iran or Russia, so they'll let Israel turn Gaza into Carthage.

Western society will support whatever they are told to support. Just because it's not Palestine today doesn't mean it won't be Palestine tomorrow.

Incorrect. The Western public was always told to support Israel, because Israel is the main Western ally in the region.

By the way things are going there will be no Palestine soon.

That's what you want to think. Look at who owns the organizations that support Palestine 😏

Palestine has always been used by the west as leverage against Israel.

Just because Israel is an ally doesn't mean anything. Japan is also an ally, yet it doesn't even control its own skies. Germany is also an ally, but has no independent banking system.

The whole western alliance is based on members squeezing each other's balls and the US squeezing everyone's 😂
