Given what is happening with censorship in the #uk with #socialmedia I thought I would give this a go. I am not really finding the right people yet - is there a way (apart from hashtags) to find people in the uk or with other interest groups?

No algorithm to recommend notes unfortunately. The best way is to use hashtags, find a post you like, then look at their follows/followers and build up. Also go check out #welcome
