I'm wondering why we have this obsession with starting a business. People want to 'not have a boss' and don't realize that when you have a small business you don't have one boss you have a dozen.

I think the real issue here is that too many people are working jobs that don't appeal to them. Jobs that don't feed their soul at all. It's a miss match, but opening a business isn't necessarily the solution.
