I'm wondering why we have this obsession with starting a business. People want to 'not have a boss' and don't realize that when you have a small business you don't have one boss you have a dozen.

I think the real issue here is that too many people are working jobs that don't appeal to them. Jobs that don't feed their soul at all. It's a miss match, but opening a business isn't necessarily the solution.

💯 Not everyone is cut out to be a business owner. Many find it far more harmonious, fulfilling, and less stressful to work for others.

This post was for people who feel the calling to own their own businesses—it could be a micro-business run from a laptop in Costa Rica with one VA, a small business with employees, or something bigger.

But if you feel that calling, consider what those 8 hours could create—not just for you, but for everyone who needs what you have to offer.
