Bacon is sliced and put up in the freezer. Still have 2 more to cold smoke and slice, plus bacon ends to grind for use in meatloaf.

From scratch living is rough...

Good looking stuff. I will have to show you our bacon slicer in action when I run our bellies through in the next week or so
