Serious question. Open to serious answers. Ok, here we go.....

Never sell?

Why🤔?

I'm very heavily invested but intend to sell pretty much most, but not all, towards the end of next year.

Why? I hear you ask.

Do you, dear reader think the price will plunge during 2026-2027 and level out 60-70% less during them years?

If you do, Why not sell and then buy back🤔. Look, I'm a pragmatist and let's face it, that's pretty much what will happen, there's no "S" curve gonna happen, there just isn't.

I might be wrong, and if I am then so be it. My loss. I do however, have the courage of my convictions and that's what I'm gonna do.

It it the hardest money ever invented, absolutely it is, but it's also subject to liquidity and market conditions.

This bullshit narrative of never sell just doesn't wash with me. I'll be selling, make no mistake, then will be doubling my stack in the coming years ahead.

I realise this probably won't be a popular take on things but again, I'm a pragmatist.

Fuck. The. System.

And....GFYđź«‚.

It’s your property. You have the right to do with it whatever you want. Hold it, Sell it, Send it to Satoshi. You get to decide!

I get that, I truly do, I also realise how much of a powerful tool it is, I just don't get this never sell narrative, it just doesn't make sense to me🤷🏻‍♂️. Hodl? Cool👍🏻. Sell, double your stack, winner.

The only wrong answer is being on 0.

Absolutely Sir🤝🏻🫂.

Spend, not sell.

Sell implies fiat is the base.

Spend implies Bitcoin is the base.

Very important difference.

What color lambo you gonna get?

McLaren. Black. P1.

The “never sell” narrative is typically pushed by those who advocate building “generational wealth.” I personally have no interest in that particular use case. Living frugally and never selling, with the ultimate goal of enriching an ungrateful child who won’t appreciate the sacrifice you made, is a life wasted.

The whole point of owning hard money is to preserve purchasing power. That implies that you actually use it will *purchase* something at some point. There’s nothing wrong with that at all.

What you should avoid though is trading and market timing, converting back and forth to USD, thinking you’ll outsmart the market. You won’t. It may work occasionally, but over time you’re better off holding / spending.
