A lot of great tooling already exists like Ghidra, jd-gui and more. There's a lot of tutorials and training courses online. It just needs people actually willing to make this happen, else all we'd have is a separate release channel most people won't use because of the patches not being in AOSP.

By the next update we will have all the Android 16 QPR1 firmware backported, but not a 16 QPR1 release.

We will see if any releases are made by Tuesday as well. If so, this would invalidate some actions to make. It is still not acceptable from Google to delay security patches of the latest major version into AOSP.
