can you do this without TOR on start9?

I can only see public or private relay under config, but interface is LAN only or Tor.

i would like to run a relay so my trusted followers can connect to it, but not everyone connects over tor.

Should we all be connecting over tor only?

Im also using the nostrudel instance on start9, but that reveals my real IP address as Start9 doesnt integrate tor for that or VPN options yet, so I have been using the webclient over VPN instead.

Interested in your thoughts.
