Sometimes when I’m on a flight taking off from a major city I look out at all the infrastructure and think, how the hell is all of this….GLOBALLY….going to be divided by 21 million. It’s totally surreal!

And then think about all the future capital and prosperity that will exist and how it needs to be squeezed into a finite 21 million
