Don’t these atomical transactions use the utxo set? Not sure how removing op_return or running knots has anything to do with this. You have to change the definition of a valid transaction and fork bitcoin if you want to exclude this stuff.
It’s still unclear how atomically use op_return. I went to their electron website and it looks like ai slop and doesn’t really explain much of anything.
