Not sure what you mean by custom NIP, and not sure what it has to do with vibecoding a webapp?
I drafted this: https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/1336 (which I'm currently migrating to a slightly better format). It will take some time as it's like swapping an airplane engine mid-flight.
nostrhub.io lets you post custom NIPs directly on Nostr relays as an event. And with #MKStack you can use AI to vibecode your own Nostr applications. And you can refer to the naddr of a custom NIP or to the official NIPs. So if you post your draft as a custom NIP on Nostrhub, everyone can refer to it to create his own appstore-like application.
