wasn't the coinbase reserves just being moved around to different coinbase controlled addresses?

Imagine one day my node doubles up as a micro exchange.

Meanwhile, a decent bitcoin first dex like BISQ is the place to go, liquidity as deep as the plebs connecting to it. Zero KYC. All good.
