Only one of these, SeedSigner, you can build yourself without anyone knowing the purpose of your use is Bitcoin.
All the rest including the non-open source Coldcard requires you to trust the manufacturer & the supply chain till it reaches you.

I build a seedsigner by myself and it is working very good. I also connected the seedsigner to sparrow wallet.
