Stumbled over this as well. What they meant was maybe not Bitcoin itself but that you have to trust others to actually pay for the goods you offer. Like in a „Vertrauensladen“. You know that Concept? They showed a print out QR with a LN invoice in a shop during that saying so I though that might be the reason. 🤷🏼‍♂️
