I work for a private company that does business with some of Elon's companies. The people that I have to interface with at their respective companies are generally very young, have unrealistic expectations, they're impatient, and rude. They have big Zoomer energy. They change roles frequently and don't build any sort of personal relationship with their vendors. I can only imagine that these people are under extreme pressure and are treated poorly by their superiors, so they project that negativity onto whoever they can.

We're a best in class company for our industry, but these people have no class. No forethought, and no sense of self awareness. I wouldn't work for any of his companies personally and if you're being recruited, I highly suggest avoiding them unless you have no alternates.

Even the more mature employees at these companies are more immature than you could imagine.
